Happiness is habit—cultivate it
Heavy snow and freezing temperatures have caused severe disruption across the UK.London and the south-east has been hardest hit so far with the region’s heaviest snowfall in 18 years.
During this current age where depression, anxiety, angry all the time, lack of tolerance and much more related symptoms are very common among peoples, I always think of happiness. I think that happiness is a feeling rather than a thing that we need to borrow or to snatch it from some other person. Feeling depends on the sensitivity of a person so it varies from an individual to another. If there are shops which sell happiness then it must be one of the most expensive product ever .In spite of frustration and negative approach we need to find out the sources of
happiness and to rise the sense of its feeling in us. Good relationships, helping poor and needy peoples, positive thoughts are the sources of happiness. Happiness tended to spread through close relationships like friends, siblings, spouses, and next-door neighbors,etc.etc.Keep in close touch with relatives and friends. You can’t beat their love and support.Gather the crumbs of happiness and they will make you a loaf of contentment .Unhappiness is the hunger to get; happiness is the hunger to give… If the individual should set out for a single day to give happiness, to make life happier, brighter and sweeter, not for himself but for others, he would find a wondrous revelation of what happiness really is.
If you are still not happy than you must be lacking many of above habits. Their is happiness waiting to enter in your life, but if you try to give your life, a positive change which are described above.
Have a laugh…..
..:) …….
Q: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for blood pressure?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for breathing?
A: No.
Q: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
A: No.
Q: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
A: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
Q: But could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless?
A: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere
.
He!He!He!
If you’re too open minded, your brains will fall out.
.
Have a nice day
.

That’s quite a view. What a pile of snow. Must be a challenge for those not used to it.

I just laugh now when I have problems and stuff since I thought that it’s tragic so that it’s almost funny

Small everyday victories such as my children finishing their food without being told to do so are causes for celebration. These small triumphs build up each day and they make me happy.
