In the US child poirnography is illegal and the laws are enforced. School systems have begun trying to prevent children from being bullied. Every state has some kind of child protective service. I saw a film about child labor which brought the attention to this problem. You raised many problems about child abuse. I know many who read this blog are not Christian but being Christian I will mention that Jesus said that those who abuse children will be severly punished.
